Alumni Association
Thirty years of Coursers. One community. Reconnect, share your story, and help shape what comes next.
The Vanguard School Alumni Association
For more than 30 years, The Vanguard School has prepared students to pursue lives of purpose, achievement, and service. Today, Vanguard alumni are building careers, raising families, serving their communities, continuing their education, and making an impact in Colorado Springs and beyond.
As we enter our fourth decade, we are excited to strengthen the connection between the school and the generations of Coursers who have been part of its story. The Vanguard School Alumni Association is being created as a place to reconnect with former classmates, teachers, and the school itself, and to build new opportunities for alumni to engage with one another and with today’s students.
Whether you graduated recently or were part of Vanguard’s earliest classes, you remain an important part of this community. We invite you to reconnect, share your story, and help shape what comes next.
Stay connected to Vanguard, and help us stay connected to you.
Our alumni community begins with knowing where our graduates are and how they would like to engage. Complete the Alumni Connection Form to update your contact information and tell us what interests you.

Where are they now?
Every Vanguard graduate has a story. Alumni Spotlight celebrates the many paths our graduates take after leaving Vanguard and the ways their experiences here continue to influence their lives.
Each edition features two perspectives. Through these stories, we hope current students can glimpse the possibilities ahead and alumni can rediscover the community they share.
A Recent Graduate
Sharing the transition from The Vanguard School into college, career, family, service, or other pursuits, and what the first years after graduation have looked like.
An Established Alumnus
Reflecting on the path since graduation and the experiences, lessons, and accomplishments that have shaped it.
There are many ways to come back to Vanguard.
Being a Courser does not end at graduation. As our Alumni Association grows, we want to create meaningful ways for graduates to participate according to their interests, experience, and availability.

Guide a Courser exploring college, a profession, entrepreneurship, military service, or another path after graduation.

You do not need to make a major commitment to be involved. Attend an event. Send us an update. Speak to a class. Mentor a student. Reconnect with an old teacher or classmate. Start by telling us how you would like to participate.
Thirty years of Coursers, in pictures.
Graduations, retreats, game nights, performances, reunions, and all the ordinary days in between. Send us your photos and we will add them here.
Photo gallery coming soon
Add a Bricks Image Gallery element here once alumni photos are uploaded to the media library. Galleries need media library images, not external URLs.
Reconnect with the Courser community.
Update your information, tell us how you’d like to be involved, and we’ll be in touch as the Alumni Association grows.
